As we celebrate our company's 9th anniversary, I look back at where we started and how far we have come, and
I am proud. Although I was not here in the early days when Andres was wrangling with the Department of
Insurance to get Qualitas approved in California, I know the great effort he poured into creating this
company. And over the years, I have witnessed the dedication, commitment and loyalty of each and every
employee, agent, and partner to carry on those efforts.
And even today, as Qualitas continues to transform itself to define its best self, I watch with fascination as the organization pulls together to move as one into the next phase of our life cycle.
